Notice is hereby given that North Star Foundation, Inc., owner of real estate identified as Lin- coln Tax Assessors Plat 1, Lot 4 abutting on the parcels hereinafter described, hereby petitions under RIGL 24-6-1 et seq. (1956, as amended), the Town Council of the Town of Lincoln, Rhode Island to abandon said parcels because they have ceased to be useful to the public.

Notice is hereby further given that this petition will be considered at a Public Hearing of said Lincoln Town Council to be held at the Lincoln Town Hall, Town Council Chambers, 100 Old River Road, Lincoln, Rhode Island on May 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at which time abutters are entitled to be heard for or against said abandonment and as to damages, if any, they would sus- tain thereby. Copy of the petition and the map can be reviewed in the Office of the Town Clerk during normal business hours.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Town Clerk at 333-8453, one week prior to the hearing date.
