NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CHAPTER 236 HOURS OF OPERATION TOWN COUNCIL SERVING AS BOARD OF LICENSES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Town Council of Smithfield acting as the Board of License Commissioners in said Town, that in accordance with Smithfield Town Ordinances, Chapter 236: Licensing, Business 236-3, hours generally, and RI General Laws 5-24-1, the following annual renewal of Victualling License applications to include permission to extend the hours of operation Monday through Sunday will be heard by said Licensing Board for:
1. Cumberland Farms, Inc. d/b/a Cumberland Farms #1251, 353 Waterman Avenue to extend hours of operation to 24/7 hours.
The above named applications will be in order for hearing at a meeting of the Town Council on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Smithfield Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, at which time and place all remonstrants may make their ob- jections. The public is welcome to any meeting of the Smithfield Town Council. If commu- nication assistance (readers/interpreters/captions) or any other accommodation to ensure equal participation is needed, please contact the Smithfield Town Managers Office at 401- 233-1010 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
