North Smithfield Zoning Department North Smithfield Zoning Board Hearing Notice
Pursuant to the provisions of the North Smithfield Zoning Ordinance, the North
Smithfield Zoning Board of Review will hold a public hearing on July 28, 2026, at 7 PM at
the North Smithfield Town Hall, 83 Greene Street, North Smithfield, RI 02896. The Board
will consider the following:
The application is for an Appeal to the Decision of the Zoning Official dated June 18,
2026 property located at 955 Iron Mine Rd., North Smithfield, RI 02896. The owner of the
property is HT Auto LLC. The lot is AP016 Lot 008. The applicant is appealing for alleged
violation of section 340 Attachment 4.8.1. Use of dumpsters, shipping containers and truck
bodies/trailers. C. Truck bodies/trailers. No truck bodies or trailers of any kind shall be
kept or stored at any residential property at any time. Residential Districts (REA, RA, RS,
and RU) shall be governed by the following regulations:

83 Greene Street, North Smithfield, RI during regular business hours.
