North Providence Housing Authority REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Complete Installation of Smoke/CO Detectors/Heat Detectors Authority Wide
The North Providence Housing Authority is accepting proposals for complete removal and installation of new Smoke Detectors/CO-Detectors/Heat Detectors with ten-year lithium-ion battery and wireless interconnect in accordance with the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) and International Fire Code 2018 Standards. The buildings to be serviced are as follows:
Marieville Manor (8 Units)/Housing Authority Office 945 Charles Street Charles Street Manor (30 Units) 947 Charles Street
Sunset Terrace (70 units) 415 Sunset Avenue
Wentworth Apartments (10 units) 25 Wentworth Street Andover Street Apartments (4 Units) 72 Andover Street Allendale Manor (24 Units) 511 Woonasquatucket Avenue

Marilee Arsenault, Executive Director at marsenault@nphousing.org. Proposals will be accepted either in person or by email no later than Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 2:00pm.
This job is subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates.
