ZONING MODIFICATION
PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with RIGL 45-24-46, the Zoning Officer is authorized to grant
modification permits of up to and including fifteen percent (15%) of the literal
dimensional requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Officer has made an affirmative
determination regarding a Zoning modification for property located at 1775
Putnam Pike.
Anthony Graziano, applicant and Sergio Dalomba & Antonio Graziano,
owners, property located at 1775 Putnam Pike, further described as Assessors
Plat 7, Lot 42, in an A-4, Agricultural-Residential zone. Applicant/owner seeks
a Zoning Modification from the Glocester Zoning Code, Chapter 350, Article III,
350-13, Table of Dimensional Regulations, lot coverage.
Applicant/Owners have an existing lot coverage of 6,341 square feet (4.88%) and
propose a lot coverage of 6,783.5 square feet (5.22%). The permitted lot coverage
is 6,516.41 square feet; or (5.02%), requiring 267.09 square feet of relief (0.20%).
Any objection to granting this modification must be submitted in writing to the
Zoning Officer, 1145 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI 02814 by the close of business
on 9-17-26. If written objection is received by the above deadline, the request
for modification shall be scheduled for the next available hearing before the
Zoning Board of Review as an application for a Dimensional Variance following
the standard procedures for such variances, including notice requirements. If no
written objections are received by the above deadline, the Zoning Officer shall
grant the modification.
