NOTICE OF ZONING MODIFICATION
143 VALLEY STREET, CENTRAL FALLS, RI
Pursuant to the City of Central Falls Zoning Ordinance, Article IV, Section 403,
notice is hereby given that Julio Calderon, of 664 Dexter Street, Central Falls,
Rhode Island, is requesting a 20% Zoning Modification for the property located at
143 Valley Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island (AP 7, Lot 12), from the Minimum Lot
Area per Unit requirement applicable to the R-3 Zone pursuant to Article IV, Section
401 of the Zoning Ordinance, as part of a proposed three (3) unit development.
The above-referenced Zoning Modification shall be granted unless a written
objection by any person entitled to notice is received within fourteen (14) days of
the date of this public notice. Any such person wishing to contest the requested
modification must submit a written objection to the Office of Code Enforcement,
1280 High Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island 02863, Attention: John Hanley.
