PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glocester Town Council, serving as the Glocester
Licensing Board, will hold a public hearing on September 17, 2026 @ 7:30 p.m. to
hear an application for a Special Event License under the provisions of the Town of
Glocester Code of Ordinance Chapter 175, Entertainment
Special Event License for: Railway of Horrors
Co-Applicants: Harmony Products LLC, Russell Gross, David Choquette
Owner of Property: Russell Gross
Location: 474 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI
Events requested shall include a Haunted Train Ride
Applicant requests permission for 18 events to be held Fridays-Sundays, from
September 25, 2026 to Nov. 1, 2026 (and one Thursday, 10/29/26) during the hours of
7pm to 10pm.
All remonstrates may make their objections before any action is taken on the above-named
application.
