This presentation will give you all the information you need to start composting in your backyard. Topics covered include a review of different ways to compost, what goes (and does not go!) in your compost bin, best practices for managing your bin, and how to harvest and apply your finished compost. If youve always wanted to compost, and compost right, this presentation is for you.
Smithfield residents only. Registration required. Attendees will have the option to purchase one compost bin, per Smithfield household, for a discounted price of $9. Space is limited.
