NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 1956, 45-24-53 that a Public Hearing will be held upon the question of Amendment to the Zoning Map of the Town of Scituate on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Town Council Chambers, Scituate Town Hall, 195 Danielson Pike, North Scituate, RI 02857.
Said proposed Amendment is to change the Zoning Classification on Lot 18 Assessors Plat 38, located at 5 Ridgewood Drive, Michael Gazdacko (Colbea Enterprises, LLC), applicants/owners, from RR120 to GB (General Business).
The proposed Amendment will be available for public inspection and/or copy at the Office of the Town Clerk, 195 Danielson Pike, No. Scituate, RI between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
All persons interested in said Amendment are invited to be present at the posted time and place to be heard thereon. The proposed Amendment may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. Any alteration of amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the hearing.
Opportunity will be given to all persons interested to be heard upon of the matter of proposed Amendment to the Zoning Map.
